Cleaning Service Returns and Exchanges Policy
1. Policy Purpose
We are committed to delivering top – notch cleaning services that meet and exceed your expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to make changes to your scheduled service or seek a refund. This policy outlines our procedures for handling such situations to ensure a seamless experience for you.
2. Service Cancellation
Eligibility and Timing
  • You may cancel your scheduled cleaning service up to 48 hours before the service is due to commence. Canceling within this time frame allows us sufficient notice to re – allocate our cleaning teams and minimize disruptions.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee will be a percentage (e.g., 50%) of the total service cost, depending on how close to the service start time the cancellation occurs. This fee helps cover the costs associated with mobilizing our team and the loss of potential business during that time slot.
Process
  • To cancel your service, log in to your account on our website. Navigate to the “My Bookings” section and find the relevant service booking. Click on the “Cancel Service” button. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation and provide a reason for canceling, which helps us improve our services.
  • If you are unable to access your account or need assistance with cancellation, you can contact our customer service team directly. Provide them with your booking details, and they will process the cancellation on your behalf.
3. Service Rescheduling
Eligibility
  • You can reschedule your cleaning service within 7 days of the original scheduled date. This gives you flexibility in case your plans change.
  • Rescheduling should be done at least 7 hours before the original service start time to ensure we can accommodate the change.
Process
  • Log in to your account and go to the “My Bookings” section. Select the service you want to reschedule and click on the “Reschedule Service” option. Choose a new available date and time from the provided calendar. Confirm the rescheduling, and you will receive an updated booking confirmation via email.
  • If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances and cannot use the online rescheduling tool, contact our customer service team. They will work with you to find a suitable alternative time for your cleaning service.
4. Service Refund
Eligibility
  • Incomplete or Unsatisfactory Service: If our cleaning team fails to complete the agreed – upon cleaning tasks as specified in the service package, or if the quality of the service is significantly below our standard, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. For example, if we were supposed to clean all rooms in your house but missed a bedroom, or if surfaces are left visibly dirty after the service.
  • Service Interruption: In the event of an unforeseen interruption during the service, such as a power outage or equipment failure on our part that prevents us from completing the service, we will either reschedule the remaining part of the service at no additional cost or provide a pro – rated refund based on the portion of the service that was not completed.
Process
  • If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact our customer service team within 1 days of the service completion. Provide detailed information about the issue, including photos if possible to support your claim. For example, if a room was not cleaned properly, take pictures of the uncleaned areas.
  • Our customer service team will review your claim. If it is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the service. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.
